What is the winch?

A winch is a mechanical device that is used to pull in or let out or otherwise adjust the tension of a rope or wire rope. Whether twinches are being used on marine craft, fishing boats, garbage trucks, construction equipment, drilling equipment or for some other application, ALLMAN Electric Winches are manufactured to serve customers around the world.

All ALLMAN Electric Winch Model Introduction:

1. Portable Electric Winch

• AMG and AMGW type electric winch can both make single phase. AMGW can also make three phase power if you need.
• AMGW is lighter than AMG. So if you need very light winch, AMGW winch is your best choice.
• Diffrent working grade of these two winches: AMG--M3; AMGW--M4.
• The two winches can be used to pull nad lift things both.
• AMGW winch can only make 300kg and 500kg load now.

2. Heavy Duty Electric Winch

How to choose the suitable electric winch:

• Firstly, you should determine whether you need a light winch or a heavy  electric winch. If you do not know which winch is more suitable for you, you can also tell me the usage, we will give you the prefessional suggestion.
• Secondly, you should know the exactly weight of the things you want to use the electric to pull or lift, and then you can choose the bset load capacity. You also need to know the length or the lifting height.
• Thirdly, you should know the power supply of the winch you need. Since some of our electric winch can only make three phase power, and some of our winches can only make single phase power. So the power supply you own is also very important.
• Fourthly, the winch we have now are usually used to help you pull heavy things. But if you want to use the winches to lift some heavy thing, you can add a pulley then the winch you buy can be used to lift things.
• Fifthly, if you a professional dealer or distributor, please tell me that you pay more attention to the quality or the price, so we can provide winches with different configurations according to your needs.

How to protect ALLMAN electric winch:

• Many of our customers usually asked that which type of the lubricating oil is suitable for the winch and when add the oil. So now i want to tell you how to protect the electric winch you buy.
• When you recieved the winch, you will find a manual user in the pakcage, please install the winch according to the user manual. Do not install it according to your experience. Because your experience may not apply to all winches.
• When test the winch, please pull out the hook for a certain distance.
• Do not test with no load. When test, you must pull some heavy things even only 50kg.
• When need to add the lubricating oil. When the noise of the winch is not very normal, it is the time to add the lubricating oil.

A：Usually we will quote you in 8 hours after receiving your inquiry. But if you need customize, we may need some more time to prepare the quotation fro you.

Q：What is your packing method like?

A：We use the wooden box to pack all of our winch. The wooden package can protect our winches away form the damage during the shippig. We will affix the shipping mark related to the order or the shipping mark you specify on the outer packing of the wooden box

Q：Can we use our own logo?

A：For sample, we can also provide you ALLMAN brand or noen brand. For big order, we can provide your oen brand.

Q：How long is your delivery time?

A：For sample order, such as one or two unit winch, we will finish the production in 5-7days. But for bulk order, the general deliery time is 30-45days.

Q：What is your term of payment?

A：30% down payment before producing and 70% balance payment before shipping.

Q：Which payment form you can accept?

A：TT, Paypal and L/C.
