The permanent lifting magnet is made of high performance nd-fe-b permanent magnetic material to form a strong magnetic system.Through rotating the handle to change the magnetic force of the strong magnetic system , then to hold and release the workpiece.

Use instructions :
1. Before using the permanent magnet lifter , pls read the operation manual carefully to get clear idea of its performance . If any unclear , pls contact us to avoid any accident ;
2. Cleaning the workpiece surface before lifting weight . Any rust or protruding should be cleaned . The center line of the permanent magnet lifter should coincide with the center line of workpiece, and then place the magnet lifter on the working plane . Then rotating the handle from position “-” toward the position “+” , till the limiter pin . Check and make sure the security pin of the handle is locked automatically , then lifting steel plate or steel iron;
3. It is prohibited to overload .When the work pieces are lifting , people are prohibited to walk or work under the load . Since the permanent magnet lifter can only work normally under environment temperature less than 80centi-degree . So if the work pieces and environment temperature is higher than 80 ℃, pls stop using . Meanwhile , the work piece should be peaceful , without violent vibration or shock;
4. When lifting the cylindrical workpieces, the B-shaped groove should be kept in contact with the workpiece in two straight lines, so its lifting force is only 30% to 50% of the rated lifting force;
5. After lifting, press the handle button inward, security key on the handle and the security pin released . The handle turns from "+" to "-" to the limit pin. Make the magnet lifter in the state of closure, then make the load off the lifting magnets;
6. Check the flexibility of each components frequently , to keep the flexibility in use;
7. Place the permanent magnet lifter in the clean and dry area after use .
